Itay Menachem Shechter[1] is an Israeli professional footballer who plays as a forward for Hapoel Petah Tikva. He has played for the Israel national under-18 football team, Israel national under-19 football team, Israel national under-21 football team, and Israel national football team. He won a gold medal at the 2005 Maccabiah Games with Team Israel. He has formerly played for Hapoel Nazareth Illit, Maccabi Netanya, 1. FC Kaiserslautern , Swansea City, Hapoel Tel Aviv, Nantes, Maccabi Haifa, Beitar Jerusalem, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
